TimberWolf Analytics was born out of a frustration with the traditional accounting world. We watched too many brilliant entrepreneurs get slowed down by reactive "historian" accountants who only cared about last year’s tax return.
We decided to build something different: A financial firm that acts as your Vanguard. We don't just record what happened; we hunt for what’s next.

We are a collective of QBO Advanced ProAdvisors, Xero-Certified Specialists, and Operational Strategists based in Denver, Colorado.
Our team comes from diverse backgrounds—from high-stakes corporate finance to "in-the-trenches" small business management. We’ve collectively managed millions in revenue and helped dozens of owners transition from "working in the business" to "owning the machine."

Experience Forged in the Fire
Timberwolf Analytics wasn’t born in a sterile boardroom; it was built to bring "big-box" financial firepower to the small business owners who actually move the needle. Our founder holds a B.S. in International Business from Western International University and a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from Colorado State University Global. She has the credentials to sit at the corporate table, but she chose to build her own.
From the Kitchen to the Cultivation Facility
Before she was sharpening your ledgers, she was managing the chaos of real-world operations. Her track record spans across property management, hospitality, real estate development and high-pressure restaurant and catering environments. Most notably, she spent 12 years pioneering the cannabis industry from the ground up. She didn't just "consult"—she built. From launching multiple retail locations and a successful edibles and various product lines to managing a massive cultivation and production facility, she knows exactly what it’s like to navigate complex regulations and razor-thin margins.
